Perhaps most familiar in a religious context, liturgy is a form or pattern, and when you apply that meaning to repetition, you can achieve some surprising results… as long as you remember it isn’t just about the physical act of doing something over & over, but more about instilling belief and conviction in yourself, your intent and your actions.

In the 20th episode of the Accessibility Partners & InclUSion podcast, we dust off one of M-J’s clubhouse rooms from early 2024, where the message feels just as powerful now as it did then: “Pushing Through By Being You”.
The idea that we show up for ourselves and others, by giving ourselves permission to be vulnerable. Vulnerability leads to authenticity, and authenticity allows us to pursue our “actionable steps” in a way that works for ourselves.

For M-J, vulnerability means inclusivity, adaptability, innovation and resilience: the cornerstones of how she approaches life and all the challenges it presents us.

Being vulnerable takes commitment, but it allows us to become steadfast in our intentions and learn how to move forward. Lean into your support networks, and get comfortable reaching out to those you trust. You’ll realise that we can all be better versions of ourselves with people who embrace our vulnerability.
