This episode was recorded just after the World Cup and was a real belter. Jake Williamson is an athlete and Stonewall ambassador who came on to chat about his experiences of homophobia in sport and what he's doing now to help the sporting world move forward. We also talked about the World Cup final (it's never too late to talk about that final). Also on the agenda was Chelsea under Potter, football technique and gym tips for people new to weights. This is his first appearance hopefully of many.
