That frustration is exactly why I became a health coach and founded Hyperbaric House in Manchester: a private Hyperbaric Oxygen, Red Light, and PEMF clinic offering intimate wellness workshops alongside yoga, breathwork, and meditation. Not to create followers. Not to position myself as a guru. But to help people come back to themselves. Because your body isn’t broken — and you don’t need someone else to “fix” you.

We’ve been taught to outsource our health, intuition, and power. This space exists to challenge that narrative. You are the expert in your own well-being. Always have been, always Fing will be.
