I talk about how emotional stress, unprocessed experiences, and spiritual disconnection show up physically in women’s health, impacting hormones, digestion, inflammation, sleep, and cycles, even when nutrition and routines are dialed in.

We also bring Scripture into the conversation, exploring what the Bible reveals about rest, safety, and healing — and how shifting from rigid control to relational trust can change the healing process entirely.
