Heather Nemelka interviews Andrea Farnsworth, a former full-time mom, who re-entered the workforce when her kids were in school. She became the school librarian without any experience but had a love for books. School was starting in two weeks, and she had only one day to apply. She had no resume, but with her oldest daughter's help, she finished it and applied. When she didn't hear anything back, she contacted the school principal to follow up. After expressing her interest again and sharing her availability, she got a call back and eventually got the job! She since has gone on to become a career coach for students at the University of Utah and loves her job.
