Kaci covers the unsolved case of the Axeman. During the early 1900s, the axeman terrorized the city of new orleans by randomly selecting families to kill. He wrote a letter to the town’s newspaper stating that if any house, bar, or restaurant weren’t playing jazz music would fear the wrath of his axe. No house in the town of New Orleans went silent that night.
