We return to the Garden of Eden—not as a children’s story, not as allegory—but as a crime scene. Witnesses are identified. The timeline is examined. The serpent’s words are placed under the lamp and read slowly, carefully, exactly as they were spoken.

In this episode, we kick off our journey through Psalm 118 with verses 1 through 4—what I like to call the “Call to Praise” section. Four simple verses. One powerful message. “His mercy endureth forever.”

We break down what it means to fear the Lord—not in terror, but in reverent awe and devotion. We look at how the psalmist called all of Israel, the house of Aaron, and them that fear the Lord to give thanks—not because life was easy, but because God was good.

Whether you’re a preacher, a parent, or pumping gas on your third shift—if you know God’s mercy, then you’ve got a reason to praise.
