Suzanne Nagel is the founder and owner of the Om Lounge yoga studios in the Strip and East Liberty. She is a mother, teacher, and leads retreats around the world. She is known as a mentor for young instructors and also for her rigorous classes that push students to achieve more. Our first conversation was one of my earliest and most popular episodes.
