I recenty had to go back and resurface a gravel driveway that I put new gravel on last year. This was a huge mistake in my business and resurfacing cost 3 times as much as the original job. The real kicker is that I had to cover all the cost of the new aggregate. This was such a costly mistake, but instead of ignoring the problem or trying to find a way to get the client to pay for my mistake, I just manned up and took it on the chin.
