In this episode, I am joined by two of the youngest members of our team, Hanna and Fabian, to discuss current developments and challenges within the education system. Both are in their twenties and currently studying psychology while making valuable contributions to the success of profilingvalues through their work.
Together, we explore the value of higher education and the factors that influence the decision between pursuing a university degree or vocational training. We also share personal experiences, reflect on changing expectations of work and career, and highlight some of the key differences between our generations.
A diverse and thought-provoking conversation about education, opportunity, and the future of professional development. Enjoy listening!
