In this episode I take you back to the moment when my love for running led me and my brother Michael to the Plumstead Runners. It all began at a half marathon in Essex, where a chance meeting with two fellow runners introduced me to the Plumstead Runners. Little did I know, this conversation would kick-start years of camaraderie, races, and community spirit.
