Sam Mars is currently working on his first app solutions for Pubfluence. He plans to have a regular app and a web app.
Sam feels that he needs a minimum of two apps for Pubfluence to scale, but because of what the business is setting out to become, it may even need to be three or four apps.
It's difficult to move forward without knowing for sure - especially when Sam knows that making the wrong move here could sink the company in its very early stages.
What is a reasonable plan for getting started?
