Join Coach Nick Denari and Seth Crockett as they recap the Festival of Champions meet.
Joining us today is Sam Laverdiere. Sam is an 11 time state champion in events from the 800m up to the 5K. He ran for Oak Hill, St. Dom’s and Lake Region during his high school career and in June he wrapped up his high school career as the New England 1600m champion. Sam is currently running for the Valor Track Club before beginning college in 2026.
