For 17 years he has focused on the “White Label” independent hotel management company sector with Chardon Management Ltd and Interstate Hotels and Resorts.

Robert has opened numerous hotels across Europe, recruiting top professionals and implementing systems to grow Interstate Hotels and Resorts to 65 locations. He now supports businesses in Non-Executive and Advisory roles.
