If you crave lesbian love romance, fantasy full of fabled beings (especially shifters), and an adoring story full of danger with two sweethearts exploring each other via mind, soul and body in the most spectacular fashion, then this book is for you.
Amazing performance by Abby Craden and thanks Emily Noon for making my dreams of a (at times dark) lesbian fantasy novel into reality! 11/10

Ich finde diese Geschichte außergewöhnlich und bei jedem Hören entdecke ich etwas neues.
Die Mischung aus Abenteuerreise und Lovestory ist für den eingefleischten Fantasy Fan eventuell etwas viel Lovestory.
Ich mag beides sehr und komme hier voll auf meine Kosten. Jedoch sollte einem bewusst sein, dass die Charaktere hier doch oft eher animalisch Handeln, was durchaus zu dem Fakt passt, dass sie weder ganz Mensch noch ganz Tier sind und sich so die Verhaltensweisen mischen. In der Realität ist das natürlich als toxisch zu werten, passt für mich hier aber absolut zur Geschichte.
Ich höre dieses Hörbuch immer wieder und immer wieder gerne. Abby Craden ist auch hier wieder eine ausgezeichnete Sprecherin die diese Welt zum Leben erweckt!
Es gibt nur einen einzigen Kritikpunkt: was zur Hölle stellt das Cover dar? Wenn das Evie sein soll ist das gewaltig in die Hose gegangen 😂
Ich wünsche mir eine baldige Fortsetzung dieser Welt und der vielen spannenden Charaktere.
