IF HE CAN'T HAVE HER, NO ONE ELSE CAN

Kade Mitchell is obsessed with someone he despises. A snake in an angel’s skin, Stacey Rhodes is everything he can’t forget–the girl who shattered his heart and drove him deep into the darkness of the underworld. He watched her for years. Killed anyone who came close to her. But now, granted a brief moment of freedom from the life he’s trapped in, he’s back home and driven to claim her again, breaking every rule he’s ever made for himself. Not even his hatred can stop the pull between them. But he’ll never forgive her… will he?

As this is a dark romance, the author highly recommends seeing the 'content warning' page.

If i haven't bought this book, i would've stopped at chapter 4. The MFC sounds so breathy, whiny, very dramatic, the whole time. I mean, emotions are good, but she's just OVERDOING it. It seems like the MFC is so weak, then she would snap, but the voice doesn't fit. And it's like she's always whispering and about to cry.
The MMC did a very good job tho. I want to give him 5 stars if i could.

MFC Voice actress is OVERDOING it!!!

I started reading this book because I desperately needed a book to bring me out of my reading slump after reading the Empyrean series and guess what this book/story did not disappointed! I LOVED that book! It pisses me off that she didn’t tell him the truth about the sextape and Chris but tbh that just makes me more desperate for the second book. I loved the tension, storyline, chemistry, smut literally everything about this book. And the ending destroyed me especially his last fucking sentence! I can’t wait to start the second book.

This book brought me out of my reading slump🖤

The way all the narrators voice their Characters is above all I heard.
This can not be described you need to listen to it ! And you need to listen to it in English if you can. It think I can sum it up into a beautiful disaster ❤️‍🔥💔

The Narration is Chefs Kiss

I liked his perspective much better, but over all I really enjoyed it!
The story builds slowly, but knowing that there are parts 2, 3, and Tobias, I don't think that's such a bad thing. The spice is spicy, and there's not much more to say about it.

For me, it's a clear recommendation.
