A well written adventure all in all. The maincast is entertaining and the story engaging. I feel like the obvious relationship between him and Song gets artificially pushed back a bit too much and the cultivation was a bit random overall, but its still fun reading.

I really have to wonder though, what the narrator was thinking when he was choosing Song‘s voice. The female lead, clear romantic partner and known for her beautiful singing voice, ended up sounding like a middle aged man, that smoked too much and is suffering a cold.
