Understanding written material at 2,000 words per minute (wpm) may sound like speed reading. This may be splitting hairs, but I would like to limit the term "reading" to verbal reading. Understanding written material at 2,000 wpm doesn't happen with verbal reading. It happens by Vicoding. Visually (Vi) looking at the words or code (code) and silently going directly to understand it...is Vicoding. Vicoding is how you directly understand written words or code at 2,000 words per minute, not by verbal reading. These are two distinct processes.
If every graduating student was allowed to understand written material at 2,000 words per minute, their lives might change.
If they could (and did) understand one 400-page book a day, seven per week, 30 per month, and 360 a year, their world would change.
Vicoding: understanding written material at 2,000 words per minute.
One hour = one 400-page book
(60 minutes x 2,000 wpm)/(10 words per line x 30 lines per page)
(120,000 words)/(300 words per page = 400 pages)
