Its just a big advertisement ...

Its just one of the worst books I read in the last years.
At least 1/3 of the book feels like advertisement for his programs etc. It is annoying. The information, he gives is okay. There are a few actually good parts of this book. I struggled really long finishing this book and I was disapointed.
Want to read books from Seals that are exponentially better than this one?
-David Goggins- Cant hurt me
- Exreme Ownership -Series of Leif Babbin and Jocko Willinck.
