this is the best book introduction into Zen practice
I do not know the entire literature on Zen.
Everybody should know the writings and teachings of Sunryu Suzuki.
This is the book that will teach you how to practice Zen.
Take your time!
And you will get there.

interesting
astonishingly unpretentious. can probably be listened to as a personal aid to self realization, but as well as a means for gaining insight into the inner structures of Zen practice. No esoteric after taste...

Wonderful book
Wonderful book even the afterword is worth the money. Sean Runette is a good narrator.
