The second story „And then there were none“ is truly a masterpiece! Even though I’d read it a long time ago, I’d forgotten most of the plot and was pulled anew into the story, characters and tense situation. The suspense, tension and mystery are superbly depicted and grip the reader until the very end.

The first story „the secret adversary“ was by contrast more like a cliché adventure story involving a fantastical plot (spies, world domination, American millionaires). It was quite predictable but fun nevertheless.

I’d definitely recommend this package- both stories are also extremely well performed.

1) teilweise etwas langwierig, aber insgesamt okay. Zum Ende hin noch mal spannend.
2) einer der besten Krimis, die ich je gehört habe. Obwohl der Ausgang fast von Anfang an bekannt ist, ist das Buch spannend bis zum Ende. auch psychologisch sehr interessant
