The book surveys the role of spin from the beginning of the universe, through anthropology and the development of tools to industrialisation and biomechanics. Though the topics are interesting, the text is not always easy to follow as audiobook. Probably it would help to look at the illustrations in the book & pdf. While all topics seem to be researched well, one can tell that he himself is an expert for biomechanics.
