It's the type of book I wished existed when I started in revops 15 years ago. It's very basic, and a little dated I feel, but a solid basis for someone starting out. The CRM part is the weakest in my opinion.
One of the reason I feel it's dated is what is being said about sales methodologies and CRM. I feel we moved on.
