I really enjoyed the story in itself, despite all the things that seriously irritated me.
1. If you are going to have dialogues that require a german accent, hire someone with basic knowledge of the language(or a producer that can correct the speaker).
2. Not only was the accent terrible, the pronunciation of names and places was even worse-if you have to place the story in a german city, it would be nice to learn how to pronounce said city.
3. Cultural references. Uber does not exist in Bremen and almost nowhere else in thw country because the law forbids your normal "Joe" from working as a taxi driver without the necessary training and licensing. And NO native-born German knows the names of Santa's reindeer.

Did not finish the book, because I really did not like the way the narrator read the characters, adding that strange (supposedly German?) accent was unnecessary and destroyed the flow of the story for me.
