I needed to hear this and you might too. Really helped me focus on what is important. Don't let the publish date fool you. This man was ahead of his time.

The understanding of the principles in this book becomes easier, if you believe that the spirit was before material.
And that you are a Spirit being, at the first place, having this material body experience.

The bible says something like : "And the deep sleep fell upon adam". Notice how it doesn't mention anything about his awakening.


If you can believe this, then it is easy to come to conclusion that it is the mind that creates.
And sickness (aging and even death) becomes only a manifestation of unhealthy thoughts.
