Dieses Audiobuch habe ich bereits dreimal komplett durchgehört - und dann auch gleich noch die Printversion gekauft zum Nachschlagen. Pat Miller gibt viele praktische Tipps (von denen mir viele in der deutschsprachigen Literatur nie begegnet sind) und formuliert dabei so unterhaltsam, wie es zu Ihren Credo passt: Training should be fun. Die sympathische Stimme von Susan Boyce und Ihr ausgeprägt amerikanischer Akzent passen sehr gut zum Text. Das Audiobuch ist damit eine gute Ergänzung zur gedruckten Version, kann aber auch gut für sich allein genossen werden.
