The book keeps repeating "eat right". "Exercise". But never gets specific and gives specific meal plans or specific exercise plans. Save ur self the buy. The book in summary: 1. Eat fresh and local 2. Exercise - weight training is important 3. Drink lots of water 4. Fats are good for you in the right amount. (But wat is the right amount, the book never tells).
