The characters in this story are all so dysfunctional that there is nothing that is faintly interesting, let alone enjoyable. I couldn’t continue to listen to it.

Nothing about this book is worth listening to.

More than once. Never got beyond chapter five, realised I had no idea what is going on, who is speaking, what it is about… now I give in and look for something else. Can‘t even say if it‘s the narratir or the story. It just doesn‘t resonate or compute in any way. Maybe it‘s me. I guess that‘s an option, too, to be fair.
