It helped make a shift in understanding what concentration (focused attention) truly is and how it affects huge part of life experience. Frederick Dodson provides applicable tips on how to use concentration for the betterment of my life. I'm grateful for this book. Thomas Miller, the voice of audiobook is great too and seem to have a grasp of the knowledge of the concepts found in the book, which helps people listening to it.

I love this book, what an enrishment! It offers a great variety of eye-openers as well as plenty of practises. The author dares to talk straight forward which is refreshing and humourous, too. And wow, the reader is great in all his ways to perform the book! It feels really like the author talks to me directly. Nevertheless, I have the tendency to still want to buy the paperback book version as I feel like looking things up again. Good for Fred, I guess :-)
