This is one of the best books I’ve ever read. Recommended for everybody. Besides the amazing context it’s also read on a very high level which is easy to follow.

If you like watered down management theory or uplifting motivational chapters - keep looking. This books slams you with hard truths and shows you how to not be paralyzed when there is no right way of doing things. I love how it challenges you to step up and deal with things even when there seems to be no way out
