Didn't expect anything from this book, only bought randomly out of boredom. But I get a funny, smart and rly entertaining story. Mare Trevathan is one of the best narrator I ever heard. She makes the book lively! Can't wait to hear the next episode! (:

Unexpected entertainment

I started with the Raised by Dragons Series. It was Great. After that I started this one. Same humor and I love it really. Lovely characters and easy story. Great for entertainment - need more!

So funny!

I really am not sure if this author is crazy or a genius but the story is witty and the reader is very good!
Judge yourself but be warned! 😉

Crazy or a Stroke of Genius

I enjoyed it, but the writing is pretty confusing at the beginning. The world is quite well implemented without having to much exposition. The story is fun and light, but does lose some steam around the half way point and regains it towards the end. The characters are written good and believeable, but some can get annoying if you can't let the story take you for a chaotic ride. The voice actress did a very good job in making the characters different enough, so the listener can differentiate between the characters in spite of the confusing writing style.
The main protagonist reminds me a bit of the comic book character Deadpool, she pretty much better than anyone, the only thing holding her back is her own craziness.

an acquired taste

the voice acting compliments the main characters amazingly and the story is a nice little power fantasy
