I'm convinced that there are only 2 ways to stop smoking definitely: 1. Following Allen Carr's Easy Way Program or 2. Somehow following his methods instinctively without knowing it ;-)

the only audio book so far i finished in 1 day... he said out loud all what i was feeling and thinking subcounciously as a smoker for 20 years. Threw up smoking what i know believe it was my last cigarette and hope this will never change again. i will edit the comment if i ever start smoking again. good luck everyone! it's worth trying!

Because I needed to keep on smoking till the end. This was an Instruction of the Book and I Can happily say, I am a Non smoker. If I get to smoke again I will change the comment accordingly. So if you see this comment you will know I am still Clean and you know what, you will be afterwards too. You are Skeptical like me, bit just give it a try and if it really not helped you have the possibility to get your money back, so so I.
