Thank you Steven I really think this is the last book that I will read or hear on such a topic. It is really motivating. Your Podcast and first book let me jump in the uncertainty and I left my job for pursuing some of my ideas. This book gives me guidelines for the things I want to achieve. The thing is that it is not you who gives me this courage. It is your message.

It's a fine book for people eager to start a business or just starting out. As someone already running a company, most points are already known and offer little insight, especially as the book consits mostly of disconnected anecdotes, and not concrete steps.

This book is packed with so much knowledge and in a way, that makes it easy to retain and also to teach to someone else ;)
I am building a small family business around our regenerative farm. But I have big plans, this book gives so much understanding, how humans and therefore business works.
I have been listening to Steves podcast for months and it thought me so much, it makes me hopeful, that I will find a way, to make our "unusual" business successful and show people, how "modern" farming should be.
He also gives me hope, that I can achieve so much in my life, which I didn't think would be possible.
Maybe I will even order a hard copy, with I never do :)
