The authors teach you to understand your emotions better, principally the most unwanted like anger, shame, frightened. You can also learn how to cope with them, but in a completely different way than the usual control. The authors make extensive use of the psalms and also cite other biblical passages. I see their work in line with great Christians that have taught about extremely hard times, principally John of the Cross's "Dark Night of the Soul".
Read with a nice voice that motivates you to continue listening - comprehensive also for non native speakers.
Extremely rich - full recommendation from my side.
