I’m sure it will make readers long for their own canal boat, and quite possibly - if they don’t already have one - their own talking cat. The story is predictable and the characters are flat and uninteresting - even the talking cat.
But worst of all is the way of reading and doing the voices - it is unbearable.
Unfortunately, this audiobook ia not to recommend at all.
