What happens when Myles, the messiest 8-year-old boy in the world, meets Moxley, the messiest circus bear in the world? Well, a lifelong friendship begins, of course.

Myles, or as his Mom likes to call him, Messy Myles, has a wild imagination and is the messiest 8-year-old boy there ever was.

One day, Myles's Mom finally gets him to clean up his very messy room. But later that same day, Moxley, an escaped circus bear, and the messiest bear there ever was, finds his way into Myles's room and makes the biggest mess anyone has ever seen. And as Myles tries to explain to his Mom that a circus bear by the name of Moxley created this huge mess, his Mom doesn't believe him. Because as it turns out, sometimes circus bears like to hide.

So now the messiest boy in the world needs to convince the messiest circus bear in the world to help him clean up his room before he gets into even more trouble. And that is not going to be an easy thing to do, because Moxley just loves to make a mess. And making matters worse, Moxley then sneaks off into the rest of the house. Can Myles now find his new best friend, Moxley, before he makes even more messes?
