Wonderful historical fiction! Excellent read! - Diana Gabaldon
Will Watt, Sprecher von Alex und Lord Highbury, ist bewährt und macht einen gewohnt guten Job. Ebenso liest Mary J. Wells ihre Figuren sehr sympathisch. Deanna Anthony hat mich nicht so überzeugt. Manchmal klingt es, als ob sie etwas im Mund hat und es entsteht der Eindruck, dass die Figuren nicht ganz richtig im Kopf sind. Das irritiert.
Insgesamt Empfehlung 👍🏻❤️👍🏻 von mir, gute Unterhaltung.
