He touches a few interesting studies about happiness – and in the later part of the book also presents some interesting absurdities to thing about. But the style is not very appealing and the author rages out in long parts of complaining only. Makes the impression of a very bitter view of life to me (picked up by the speaker). Couldn't get anything out of this book.

Don't like the long sections of complaining only.
