das buch ist nicht schwer zu verstehen und das ist gut so. wenn man genau zuhört, kann man die vier disziplinen bestimmt auch umsetzen. sie nutzen einem auch im alltag etwas. die erzähler machen es sehr gut finde ich. of klappt es nicht so gut wenn der autor auch noch der erzähler ist, hier hats gut gepasst finde ich. sie bringen sehr lebhafte und praxisnahe beispiele die jeder versteht. ich kann das buch mit gutem gewissen weiter empfehlen.

Das 4DX-Prinzip ist sehr leicht zu verstehen und die vielen Beispiele und Erklärungen machen es richtig klar. Die Anwendung auf persönlicher Ebene finde ich wichtig leider gehen die Autoren nur wenig drauf ein. Trotzdem ist das ein sehr empfehlenswertes Buch für alle, die Ergebnisse nachhaltig haben wollen !
