It is crucial to involve these students actively in their own anger management journey. By teaching them about their condition and helping them understand their emotions, they can take ownership of their actions and develop coping mechanisms that work best for them.

As parents, teachers, and elementary students themselves, we have the power to inspire hope and resilience in these remarkable individuals with ADHD. By creating a supportive environment, teaching self-regulation skills, fostering self-esteem, promoting a growth mindset, and involving them actively in their anger management journey, we can help them not only manage their anger but also thrive in life. Together, let us empower these young minds and guide them towards a brighter future.

sadly, it's quite boring and repetative. For example every time the kids are talked about, it's the full phrase "elementary students with ADHD".
So much so, that listening becomes like backgroundnoice.
The little information of value is repeated over and over, too, which doesn't help.
I can't evaluate how educational it is for a child to be forced to meditate daily and breathe, but the many adults with adhd i know would find it hell itself.

could be worth listening, if you got the time and want something mildly educational as backgroundnoice

not bad, but needs improvement
