Durchgehend spannend und trotzdem nah an den Protagonist*innen. Ein wirklich sehr gut geschriebener Politikthriller, mit aktuellem Bezug. Da wünscht man sich eine Fortsetzung!

Eine fiktive Geschichte, die absolut real anmutet. Die Parallelen zu aktuellen Zuständen sind nicht zu übersehen.
Ein sehr spannendes, gut und verständlich gelesenes Buch.
Louise Penny konnte sich einen kleinen Abstecher nach Three Pines nicht verkneifen. Amüsant für die, die ihre Krimis um Armand Gamasche kennen und nicht störend für die anderen.
Auf jeden Fall hörens- bzw lesenswert.
