Loved it!! Life changing

The audiobook is amazing, and really well read.
Just purchased the soft cover book for my partner to read and make notes.

Doesn't matter is your sexlife is already working out great, or not. - I recommend this book to everyone who just looks for 'more'. Especially if you're looking for a deeper connection with yourself and your partner.

I loved the absolutely clear descriptions.
A lot of self-help books about sexuality, healing etc. are super vague and abstract and hard to apply in a normal life. But this book just tells it how it is. The tips are practical and leave no room for questions, but still gives you the chance to be creative with your practice.

The practice probably only works best if you have a partner, but I highly recommend this book for singles too!


I'll definitely listen to this audiobook again, or read it together with my partner.

highly recommended for sexual healing

This is a wonderfully true sight on sexuality. It teaches step by step how to get out of conditioning and performing as well as the wrong and destructive actions of porn and the desensetation of vibrators. Following the instructions needs a beginners mind and rewards with pure pleasure beyond any idea of how it should be. First you learn to sense again all there is in O.M. meditation, which is for sure my favourite meditation an a great freeing and unfreezing experience also for man who, mostly wrongly, believed they knew already how to make her happy.

Bullshit

Orgasmic meditation is a fancy word for a handjob. The author created some sort of sick sect that abused people. Shame.
