The book won't drop you a million in fiat, but it opens the path to thinking and learning further to your financial independance. Practice what you've been told and i'm sure it will open opportunities.

Great vision and value

As the title suggests, this book contains guidelines that are excellent. It does not specifically tell you what to do (although real estate is frequently used as an example) because, as the book itself says, the thing to do always changes.

I personally put learning materials in three categories: 1. Guidelines and inspiration for more learning and success in the chosen field to first get you going 2. Specific (mostly dry) information about that field, 3. Materials to deepen historical understanding and different broad philosophical views about the field. Each new category builds on the previous one, and Robert Kiyosakis works are an excellent starting point for category 1. I have read Rich Dad Poor Dad first and will continue to buy his products, along with other, more specialised content.

When I decided to buy this audio book I was expecting a lot of clear concrete tipps. Unfortunately, Kiyosaki repeats all the things what he mentioned in his books „rich dad, poor dad“. Much effort has been spent on creating the climax by telling the importance of understanding the difference between assets and liabilities. In the end he gives some concrete tipps though. All in all I would not buy it again.
