I totally agree. Since a recent break-up, I've been trying to learn as much as possible about myself and how to love or be in a happy and healthy relationship. I've been analyzing a lot too, and many of the points mentioned I already knew and was living by. But others, mainly ways of thinking and where those thoughts stem from, I did not yet consider. This book, as well as card decks such as Whom Should I Be With, Stay or Leave and Know Yourself, and Youtube videos have helped me immensely, and given me a deep peace in knowing that I can by myself, even for ever, and that's totally alright.
