Best advice for real estate investing!!!
Super useful advice for anyone interested in real estate, esp. investing and development!
More specifically:
- Full of concise advice from the most successful people in the business
- Unique in that it contains something you won't find anyplace else — insights into the mindsets, habits, traits, and strategies of those hyper-successful people
- Well organized into 7 valuable lessons
- Great storytelling that illustrates each lesson well
- Hard to stop listening to (I listened to it within a weekend) :-)
- So useful that I bought a physical copy of the book, too
In sum, I think if you apply this book to yourself — and couple it with a book that teaches you the technical tools for real estate investing (of which there are many on the market) — and follow the advice given, you will be unstoppable in the world of RE investing & development.
