Über diesen Titel
Inquisitor Gideon Ravenor and his retinue are believed dead, and with shadowy forces moving against them, they'd like to keep it that way. Returning to the planet Eustis Majoris, they go undercover, investigating a brutal ring of smugglers moving stolen arcane technology within the Imperium.

Marvelous
great story, great writing - the greatest voice actor. as always a pleasure. the combination of Dan Abnetts books read by Toby Longworth is just a pleasure

So, so much better than the first one
The first one was sorely disappointing, but this one makes it kinda worth it. The world building paid off quite well. Looking forward to more.

Simply cool
the speaker gives you a complete W40k and Ravenor feeling. A distructive world in a great scfi universe and "skykers" as threat and heros realöy awesome.

Addictive
Excellent all around. And cheers to Mr Longworth for another thoroughly captivating performance.
A little predictable in some odd places. But that's part of the charm of 40k for me.

Great timed turns
Toby made an excellent job again. Something I like about his reading is that even when he whispers the loudness does not change. Makes it easier to hear while traveling.
Stories strings come together with perfectly timed reveals.

Performance great and writing too
I'm glad they did not follow cheap writing as they did with prior Eisenhorn content just going for cheap shock value and bad twists and turns. Instead they really took the time to flesh out characters. Altough the overall product has to improve in quality to make the book actually worth its pricetag. as goes for most of GW products you can almost feel how the greed os corrupting the quality of the product.. shame really.. improve the audiodesign and add some more voice actors and you have a triple A product worth the price.
until then minus 2 stars overall.
5 stars for Tobys performance and actually I give 5 stars for the story. I must say tho it would be a 4.5 if that was an option
