Most of the books i red or listened this year (over 40 by now) are in the areas of leadership, personal development and high-performance. Raise your game is by far my favourite book this year! It connects my passions - people, leadership and basketball perfectly. Book is full of wisdom and examples and illustrations. Insights from the real-life experiences and proximity to all-time greats are extremely valuable. Alan shows his range of knowledge and experience not limiting the story to sports but also including business minds. I am recommending this book to everybody i know and it made it to my list of must reads.
