... the "PDF" that Amy Gordon is talking about throughout the whole book? The document with the figures and tables that are referenced is nowhere to be found and makes understanding some content of the book unnecessarily hard.
I checked audible and searched online, but no trace to be found of this "PDF". Perhaps I am the problem and not using the correct search terms. If anybody could enlighten me, please?
