His dad lives right next to my mom, and after the two of them suffered an unexplained accident while taking down holiday decorations, both Ryan and I were forced to become the only 30something residents of Sunny Creek Village Independent Senior Living Community.

Constantly thrown together by the antics of our crazy parents and the tough-as-nails community enforcer, Betty Matthews, Ryan and I formed an alliance for the sole purpose of survival. So funny hilarious best rom-com ever. The characters are totally crazy and I will definately listen to this one again. The narrators are excellent. Totally recommended. This might be my favorite from Max Monroe.

Started off good but the storyline thinned out quite a bit. Found it increasingly repetitive and annoying, so half way through I skipped to the last 3 chapters, which gave me the conclusion in a nutshell. The male narrator was actually good, but his female voices were strange and crone-like. Female narrator had some strange cadences at times, though her male voices were great.
