The remnants of the Expeditionary Force stranded on the alien-controlled planet "Paradise" get a chance to prove themselves, in a simple off-world training mission with a ship full of teenage alien cadets.

When the mission goes horribly wrong and the survival of everyone on Paradise is at risk, the Merry Band of Pirates may have to come to the rescue. Unless they get killed first....

It’s about the rest of the expeditionary force and it’s as good as skippy and the pirates. Okay, less funny but more serious action. Keep coming with more stories, the end predicts it.
If you listen till book 6, don’t think about, get number 7!

Less skippy, same action

It's a nice and easy going story to pass the time.
Some things are a little bit too easy and too convenient for the protagonists, the opponents too weak, the dumb apes too smart to be really thrilling.
It is entertaining though...

Nice story for driving.
